While driving along the R620 scenic route on the east coast of South Africa, I see the Indian Ocean waves crashing unceasingly. On the radio the beach report blares.
“Remember that lockdown 3 regulations in South Africa forbids anyone on the beach. When you do take your family to a mall or restaurant always wear your masks.”
How life has changed since the Covid-19 pandemic!
Here is the good news…God has not changed, and as the waves have crashed on the seashore for thousands of years, so will the grace, faithfullness, and loving- kindness of our Lord continue unchanged towards us.
“The Lord delighted only in your fathers to love them; and He chose their descendants after them, you above all peoples, as it is this day.”
Deuteronomy 10:15
