Blessed Hope
Hope from the Past
The God of all creation set forth His mighty acts and His glorious testimonies throughout the ages. While multitudes passed from generation to generation and even spoken of thousands of generations the truth of God has been established and endureth to each and every single one. God chose a man named Abram, who later became Abraham, considered the Father of faith. Abraham believed God and waited patiently for the promise given Him by God. The emphasis being on the chosen seed. The child of promise who God provided a ram.
Isaac, which means laughter, was brought forth and by inheritance continued in the blessing of Abraham on earth and also of hope and faith in the God who appeared unto His father to make his seed a great nation. In fulfilment, Jacob was born who would become Israel who had power with God and man. The blessed hope given generations before becoming reality in and through the perfect plan of God.
This hope carried even into adversity as the children of Israel who had been in Egypt began to suffer under the hands of an oppressive ruler. Moses was a goodly child prepared of God to deliver His people and lead them into a promised land for their inheritance of God. God showed wonders in the land of Ham by the hand of His servant Moses. God did great wonders and mighty signs in delivering His chosen out of the hands of their oppressors. He parted the Read Sea in their deliverance and allowed them to go over on dry land, and He closed the waters on their enemies last attempt to destroy them.
King David was a shepherd boy who God anointed to lead His people Israel. The sweet Psalmist of Israel conquered giants, fought great nations, and danced before the Lord in the streets as the ark of God was among them in the chosen city of David. Out of despair, God gave hope to His people and deliverance from those who sought to destroy them, the Philistines. The sure mercies of David would preserve the lineage of God’s greatest gift to all mankind which would shortly step into time on earth. This King of Kings and Lord of Lords would not wear an earthly crown of jewels but a terrible crown of thorns.
Jesus Christ the son of the living God would give His life a ransom for many. The sin that caused the curse on the earth that turned beautiful crops into dry ground and thorns would be carried by the Savior. The scripture teaches that for the joy set before Him He endured the cross, despising the shame. King Jesus rose from the dead and was seen of over five hundred brethren at once. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life and no man can come to the Father but by Him. Jesus died for the sins of the whole world and gives eternal life to whosoever will that believes the truth that He is indeed the son of the living God who came in the flesh, died on the cross, resurrected from the dead, and is at the right hand of the Father in heaven. Jesus provided the way to the blessed hope in the world to come, the regeneration, and everlasting life.
Hope for the Present Now
2 Corinthians 5:1
For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
The scripture is clear that if only in this life we have hope we are of all men most miserable. Hope also abounds in the life of the believer as the God of hope fills His people with all joy and peace in believing that we may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost. He also gives His people all things richly to enjoy as it is His good pleasure to give you the kingdom. The gift of righteousness presented by Jesus Christ who of God is made unto us righteousness, wisdom, sanctification, and redemption. Not going about to establish our own righteousness which is of the law for they stumbled at that stumbling block, but the righteousness of God which is by faith in Jesus Christ who became the propitiation for our sins. For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen. We are also exhorted to give place unto wrath as the Lord will bring forth His righteous judgement.
Hope for the Future, Eternal Life
One of the great hope scriptures of the entire Holy Bible is delivered in 1 Corinthians 2:9
“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”
While Christians today enjoy the blessed hope from God’s wonderful love and mercy, believers are also faced with the challenges of living in the last days and the close proximity of the tribulation that has been spoken of for ages in the holy scriptures concerning the final moments of this present world as we know it. Christians are faced with the internal pressures of daily living, health, and praying for loved ones, and without as evil men and seducers wax worse and worse deceiving and being deceived. Whether it be political jihad by foreign nations seeking to destroy a nation founded on Christian-Judeo values as America, or the struggle within against righteousness from mischief framed in laws by lawmakers and unjust judges, who promote evil such as sodomy which 100% was the cause of the aids virus when first discovered in the 1980’s in the U.S. according to the CDC, that has killed multiplied millions even with the most modern medicines for political power and a small percent of the vote. Sadly, the aids virus has spread to woman and innocent children through blood transfusions. The corruption of the democrat party platform has forgotten God and furthermore many have promoted Hamas and terrorist organizations in their effort to gain power while attacking Christians, Jews, and the Christian-Judeo principles which made America a great nation. Additionally, the attacks on Christians abroad especially on the African continent where Jihadist target Christians in Nigeria, Congo, Sudan, and many more territories with their leaders often supporting the terrorists. Asia has also seen a significant increase in Christian persecution in China, North Korea, Indonesia, and also throughout the middle east. Continued prayer and Spirit led action are desperately needed as the scripture teaches who shall stand up for me against the evil doers. Prayer is needed for Godly leaders to fear God and keep His commandments and to do good by fighting evil and murderous regimes to bring forth peace and justice with full force both domestically and abroad and continue to do so for complete victory. Prayer that people would be liberated from evil oppression and darkness and translated into His glorious light.
Isaiah 40:4 states “Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain:” The patience of the saints will endure until the appointed time of their redemption as God’s grace and mercy endureth forever. As evangelism explodes to the ends of the earth and the good news and hope of the gospel spreads throughout the globe as the body of Christ prepares for the great day, the trumpet sound, and the blessed hope of all creation to part the sky: Jesus’ return. Multitudes, multitudes are in the valley of decision. Many young people in America and beyond are having their minds evil affected by wicked groups who seek to coerce innocent impressionable children by attempting to pervert and abuse them into immoral relationships, and mutilating surgeries to change their genders. Also, attempting to pervert educational curriculums in an effort to tear down the family, traditional marriage between a man and a woman, and child rearing with wholesome family values. Young people please consider the choices of life or death. Yes, you can go your own way and yes there is pleasure in sin for a season, but afterward a fearful looking for of judgement. The truth is the wages of sin is death, and the enemy of our souls has blinded the minds of them that would believe through lust. When lust hath conceived it brings forth sin, and when sin hath conceived it brings forth death. The flesh does not profit any good thing and vanity is useless. Our flesh is from the dust and if we live after the flesh it will go back to the dust but where will your soul be, the inward person. If you choose death, your eyes will be lifted in hell and you will be tormented in the flame. On judgement day, you will be cast into the lake of fire and the smoke of your torment will ascend up forever and ever, outer darkness, never even a small glimpse of hope for all eternity. Jesus died on the cross for your sins be reconciled to Him. Now consider the good way. The way of life through faith in Jesus Christ. The one who created you and said you are fearfully and wonderfully made. He loves you with an everlasting love and wants only the best for you. He protects you and can give you peace in every challenge and victory. He promises that if you trust in Him you will not be ashamed and that He will never leave you nor forsake you. The enemy is a liar and seeks to kill, steal, and destroy you. Jesus wants and is able to bless you with the best life now. The blessing of God, He adds no sorrow with it. His teachings and presence will be with you to lead, guide, and direct you through every stage of your life and every decision big or small if need be while he blesses you with liberty. His word will renew your mind, purify your heart, cleanse your soul, and give you hope, while praying to Him will give you peace and strength of mind you have never known. If you delight in Him, He will give you the desires of your heart. He will heal you and help you. Jesus will hold you up when you feel weak. Jesus will walk with and help you run and not be weary and mount up with wings like eagles and bless you with life and that more abundantly; everlasting life. Everlasting joy will be upon your head when the Lord returns you will be caught up to meet Him in the air or be raised from the dead. You will live in a new heaven and a new earth with many mansions and streets of gold. A crystal-clear river you would behold and the tree of life. You would life forever and ever and Jesus will wipe away every tear from your eyes.
These anti-family organizations use twisted terminology to try and deceive the public. T.O.D.E. Terminology of Death and Evil. Terms like pro-choice used almost euphemistically like the living breathing beautiful baby in the process of entering the world is violently dismembered or chemically murdered through painful and torturous means. Murderers on death row are not subject to such abuses against mankind but precious innocent children are in America and abroad. Then theirs the term homophobic which these groups utilize to try and normalize perversion. The truth is people who fear God understand the end to evil is hell and the lake of fire, eternal punishment. Hell was prepared for the devil and his angels so a person has to choose the evil way to go there, as God would that none should perish but that all should come to the knowledge of the truth. So, we warn people to turn from this evil, just like people need to turn from adultery, or covetousness, or stealing, or murder and repent and turn from their wicked ways and do good. If people lie to those trapped in bondage to sin that God is ok with it then how could a person be free from their sin and darkness. The truth is light thus know the truth and the truth shall make you free. This perversion which was illegal in the U.S. for over 225 years of our 250 year Christian heritage history as a nation has been a blot on our nation and a terrible harm to young innocent people. This mischief framed in a law did not pervertedly make its way through the house and senate but rather 5 unelected officials left Constitutional integrity for a vague generalized rendering of the fourteenth amendments due process clause without history or tradition to support its claim but rather a misguided lack of discernment between ordinate and inordinate affection. These groups seek to use these laws strategically as political devices against Christian families who seek to raise their children according to biblical values. These battles rage throughout courts all over the country as like the scripture said would come a time when evil is called good and good is called evil. Let Christians everywhere take a stand for righteousness in our land and beyond to call good, good, and evil, evil even in the face of deception. This will help people turn to the truth in the face of opposition to the truth and allow people to see the light and receive the blessed hope Jesus Christ that is able to save their souls.
