Who doesn’t want to be creative in the times we are living in? Creative employees are an employer’s dream; what keeps business afloat especially since the Covid-19 pandemic, where contracts and customers run dry and doors are closing. Finding the novel, the innovative idea can change the industry and be the match on the matchstick needed to light the flame of new hope for the company.

What I find an interesting point of discussion is how creative people now are not only a term used for the artists, sculptures, painters, writers, and of course every child who has walked the earth. The word is increasingly used in the business sector. Paradoxically, business and industry for many years revolved around employees who could crank out the work, operate a production line, cranking out products. No need for creative employees. Business has changed where once only a select few at the top came up with the creative idea. The creative tide is changing.
