John.Creel
To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation (II Corinthians 5:19).
The word Reconciliation is derived from the Greek word katallage exchange (fig. adjustment), i.e. restoration to (the divine favor:- atonement, reconciliation (ing).
The wonderful news is God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself,
Even with all the challenges facing this generation, our nation, and Christian persecution in Nigeria, China, and vast regions of the Middle East which alerts us to the brevity of the nearing of Jesus’ return, the good news is to Zion, thy God reigneth!
Our redeemer liveth and blessed be the rock of our salvation. So, if we or someone we know needs the Lords help today, needs an exchange in their life for something better, something brighter, and some hope and peace just remember He bore our sins in His own body on the tree so we could be truly free and fully restored. Only He could do that for us, so try not to worry but to trust in Lord and do good. The cycle of trust goes from Trust, Delight, Commit, Rest, and Trust. Jesus loves you today. Just think if when we were yet sinners Christ died for us how much more being reconciled shall we be saved.
Be reconciled to God today in whatever area it may be you need to be reconciled, remember He first loved you. He chose you.
Rev. 1:18
I am He that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
