I didn’t create Hannah just to tell a story.
I created her because of what I experienced.
There was a time in my life where I needed God in a real way…
not just something people talked about, but something I could feel.
I remember being young and needing comfort.
Needing someone to tell me I was okay.
Needing someone to remind me that God loved me.
And someone showed up for me.
They prayed with me.
They didn’t brush me off.
They didn’t tell me to go back to bed.
They met me where I was.
That moment stayed with me.
And now… that’s what I want to give to children.
Hannah is not just a character.
She’s a reflection of every child who is trying to understand God.
She’s also a reflection of me.
Because even now, as an adult, I still have moments where I need reassurance…
where I need to be reminded that I’m not alone.
This series is my way of planting seeds early.
So children don’t have to grow up searching for something
they were never introduced to.
So they already know:
God is real.
God loves them.
And they are never alone.
This isn’t just a book for me.
It’s personal.
