We all chase our goals, dreams and desires. I certainly have and continue to do. However, one thing I learned is that the universe and power of God delivers to us great thing when we give to the universe. When we do things to make this world a better place, we put ourselves in a better place. Goodness comes our way. We get connected to goodness by giving goodness.
Don’t give up on your dreams and desires and work damn hard to achieve them BUT as you run that race, take the time to help others. Give someone or some thing a single day of peace by encouraging them, help them financially, feeding them, teach and coach them, pray for them, send them positive energy, give them a hug and even have that needed difficult conversation with them. When we do the right thing with others and to the universe, great things come back to us. My life is a perfect example of this.
I have find myself the most satisfied when I make a positive difference in someone else’s life. It can be a simple smile I give that has someone smile back or some significant assistance. I won’t use this time and space telling you the things I do, best to keep them between me, God and the people I help. But the fact remains, while I continue my journey for my own progress, helping other progress makes my journey more satisfying. What can you do today to give someone a single day of peace? I promise you will love the feeling you receive.
