I would like to hear your stories. I believe that the world needs to hear your stories. There are many voices talking about poverty and yet, many people do not understand what it means to LIVE in and with poverty. Share your stories with us. Your stories are important.
In my book, _Once There Was a Girl: A Memoir, I share my story of growing up in abject poverty and surrounded by crime.
