Light of God’s Forgiveness

The light of God’s forgiveness begins with knowledge. The knowledge of the truth in a person’s life that reveals to an individual, who has been blinded by the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh, or the pride of life, the truth of who God really is. This revelation knowledge is often initiated by a major event in someone’s life that alters their perception or world view. However, deep searching for truth can also be initiated by a feeling or need for purpose in life exceeding the vanity and futility of man’s exploits without the peace of God and true fulfillment for which they were created. These phenomena are common in the twenty-first century now and beyond as Jesus’ words are Spirit and they are life. The bible teaches that the inspiration of scripture came not by the will of man, but Holy men spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

2 Peter 1:21
For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

Therefore, Alpha and Omega, who created the mouth to speak and the ears to hear, communicates clearly throughout scripture to men in their unique situations in their generational timeframe while also sending His letters of hope, love, and forgiveness to generations to come. This light of truth is thus often delivered by earthen vessels, ministers sent by God with His message of forgiveness and reconciliation.

Romans 10:15
And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

So, actually God is reaching down from heaven above as the heavens His throne and the earth is His footstool, to rescue His children from vanity to give them purpose. The heavenly Father is also rescuing people from heartbreak, trauma, unbelief, doubt, evil, selfishness, greed, pride, hate, wickedness, sin, and the works of the devil. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No man can come unto the Father but by His son Jesus Christ who came in the flesh, healed multiplied thousands while He lived and did only good, died on the cross for our sins, and rose the third day so we could have life and have it more abundantly, eternal life.
The next step involved in the light of God’s forgiveness after the knowledge of the truth that God sent His light for you is believing and repenting. Once the light has shown inside of one’s heart, soul, and mind, divine transformation has begun. Faith is then born in the heart of the believer as Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith.
I John 1: 5-10
This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

A beautiful portrait of God’s forgiveness that shines the light of freedom and newness of life, a new creature and the glorious liberty of the sons of God in salvation as by His sacrifice on the cross and resurrection has brought many sons to righteousness.
In no wise condemning the innocent, of whom we speak of wisdom to them who are perfect, Christian’s who have been redeemed as of God, Jesus is made unto us wisdom, righteousness, sanctification and redemption. Not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works but going on to perfection. Those who walk by faith and not by sight, those who overcome by faith, those who walk after the Spirit and not after the flesh. Those who walk in the light as He is in the light.
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God (I John 3:9).
For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things (I John 3:20).
For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16).
I John 3
Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous.
Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.
We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.
Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
But whoso hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?
My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.
For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.
Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.
And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
