Luke 3:3 A Baptism of Repentance—“For” or “Because of”
I’m pressing what this baptism was all about.
Was it a “baptism of repentance” for the remission of sins—to effectuate that?
Or was it a baptism of repentance “because” of the remission of sins?
If it is, that is really good news.
