Merry Christmas: New Hope
2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Happy Birthday Jesus and thank you for the New Hope you bring into our lives.
The Sheppard’s declared peace on Earth and good will toward men. The infant child born of a virgin, sent from God into the world to save mankind and reconcile lost souls to God. The messiah, savior, redeemer, lover of our souls, son of God, lamb of God, and prince of peace entered at the Father’s appointed time with a divine mission as the way, the truth, and the life to give everlasting life, the greatest gift of all. This is why Christmas is such a wonderful time of year. The comforting music along with the festive lights and decorations in the shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores. It fills the heart with such a peace of mind and calm, the spirit of Christmas as people greet each other in the marketplace with a merry Christmas to you and your family. The eager expectation of presents for all, even when money is tight, the thought of giving happily to those you love and precious memories and times spent together reminiscing of Christmas’ gone by with loved ones who are absent from the body but present with the Lord Himself this Christmas holiday.
Romans 6:4
Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
The bright reality of the New Hope Christmas brings to generation after generation as God preserves knowledge and ignites hungry hearts with the joy of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. A fresh start, a happy heart, a sincere repentance, a real redemption all made possible because of His love for you and me. So, now with the hope of eternal life we can walk in newness of life. A New Hope each and every day. A hope which lights our future from faith to faith, glory to glory. A joy to know that Jesus is with us and has thoughts of peace and not of evil toward us. A newness of life which allows us to follow Him and do good to others while knowing He will keep us safe.
Ephesian 6:18
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
The glorious New Hope of Christmas is the blessing of knowing that Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith. The hope of the resurrection, eternal life, immortality as eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither hath entered into the heart of man the things which he hath prepared for them that love Him. The fun of being part of God’s love for the saints that we are instructed to watch with all perseverance and supplication for all saints. The glorious liberty of the sons of God to understand that God hears our prayers through faith in Jesus Christ and answers them in proving help and strength to our brothers and sisters in Christ giving New Hope that if we abide in Him and His Word abides in us; all things are possible according to His perfect will.
