Perfect Peace
John 6:44
“No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.”
Peace may be the most sought-after treasure in the twenty-first century, throughout history, and to acquire for the future. Many people have sought peace through many different avenues of life, while some claim or offer peace through many varying arenas or so-called life styles in the modern term. So, lets explore the various claims that offer pseudo-peace. Some proclaim money, wealth, and commodities will give the peace you need. However, scripture is clear and king Solomon, who is considered the wisest king of all times beside Jesus Christ the son of God and king of kings, that money is a defense, and wisdom is a defense, but the excellency of knowledge is that it gives life to them that have it. The knowledge of the truth that is, of course. Secondarily, some claim a pleasure-seeking life-style is the path to peace. Nevertheless, the word of Truth refers to the pleasures of sin only being for a season and then a fearful looking for of judgement of which God the Holy Father has no respect of persons. Lastly, some may point to power and position as a way to attain peace by feeling they have control over others. The problem with that stance is that Jesus is the greatest man ever born in the flesh with all power in heaven and in earth now, and taught his followers to be servants.
So, the truth that destructs all the lies is that Jesus, the prince of Peace, is the only way to know true peace. The only way to Jesus is if the Father draws, and Jesus is the answer to instant peace, future peace, and everlasting peace. The good news of the gospel reconciles the soul that God breathed into Adam and man became a living soul, to the most gracious, loving heavenly Father by the mighty power of Jesus Christ His son becoming the sacrifice for sin in order to redeem mankind. Now every person of all nationalities has the opportunity to pray and ask God to forgive them and believe in Jesus Christ unto salvation. The amazing healing internally transforms like an explosion of joyous life inside a person’s soul and mind. The darkness of hopelessness is swept swiftly away by the merciful peace of God. The blindness of lust, sin, and death cycle is overwhelmed by light, purity, and hope. Truly a new creature comes to life from the spiritually dead by choosing the way of life for Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no man can come to the Father except through Him.
The new life revealed within the individuals’ heart and mind is then a life of peace in Christ for every good gift and every perfect gift comes from above from the Father of lights in whom is no variableness neither shadow of turning. Hallelujah, the Lord supplies all needs according to His riches in glory. Praise the Lord, the pure heart is satisfied with good pleasures in every good way, and the blessing of the Lord, He adds no sorrow with it. Finally, bless the Lord’s holy name, He gives authority over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means harm. Wonderfully, the good Master gives eternal life through His son Jesus Christ whom He raised from the dead and scripture teaches that the same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead will quicken the mortal body. What a glorious promise that eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither hath entered into the heart of man the things which He hath prepared for them that love Him.
2 Peter 3:9
“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”
The gravity of the alternative of God’s peace is quite startling and difficult to even comprehend the horrific consequences of rejecting the love of Christ to save the soul from death. The second death, the lake of fire, as death and hell at the judgement seat will be cast into the lake of fire. All men great and small will stand before the great white throne in the judgement, and the books shall be open of the works which every man has committed in his or her body. Then the book of life will be open and every one whose names are not written in the lambs’ book of life will be cast into the lake of fire and the smoke of their torment will ascend for ever and ever. Please take heed to this warning as it could be the last. If you reject the love of God that he gave by giving His son Jesus to die to take your place for your sins so you could be forgiven and live forever, eternal darkness will swallow your soul in terrible despair. Be reconciled to God, believe the truth, let no man, group, or evil force steal your eternal soul through deception and lies of the devil’s origin, and make heaven your eternal home.
Isaiah 26:3
“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”
