Digest:
Initiating the concept of Synergy first without the applicability of Teamwork is like trying to get a conclusive answer to an arithmetical problem first before adopting the solving method and process to that effect.
Thus, Synergy is emphatically a product of TEAMWORK, such that there can’t just be Synergy without the adoption of Teamwork from the outset.
Now, while Synergy is the extra or additional benefit that is derived from Teamwork as against a mere group work; Teamwork is practically a work done by a team, and a team can be defined as an interdependent group of people working together as one for a common goal.
Hence, it is really erroneous and elusive for us to desire to achieve Synergy without Teamwork.
Again, the acronym T.E.A.M is presented as: Together Everyone Achieves More.
Intently, the thrive should be toward Teamwork, and not Synergy as it were; it’s not really about Synergizing, but Teaming; meaning that it’s an error to say, let’s Synergize, but rather it should be, let’s effect Teamwork, in that Synergy is derived from Teamwork.
It is literally wrong for us to emphasize Synergy at the expense of Teamwork. It remains an abstract effort for us to desire Synergy first without an intent of Teamwork.
Teamwork serves as the process and skills for achieving Synergy, without which the latter remains a mirage.
To achieve Synergy, therefore will require the skills of Teamwork.
Essentially, Synergy indeed, is an ultimate aspect of the goal of any productive setting. The effect of which demands Teamwork skills.
Finally, it behooves us to thrive toward acquiring Team or Teamwork skill so as to achieve a Synergistic result or end.
