The Great Gift
Isaiah 9:6
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
God’s great plan has unfolded throughout time in such a special and unique way which reveals the priceless gifts He gives through His chosen vessels. The Holy One who humbles himself to behold the things of earth cared enough about His creation to send His very own special, wonderful, and gracious son into a world full of evil, corruption, and sin. Sin so evil that hurt innocent people that God in times past sent judgment through the flood and later through fire and brimstone on Sodom and Gomorrah. Nevertheless, God still sent His unspeakable gift so tender and so mild a beautiful baby boy with a star from heaven providing directions to the exact location, and angels rejoicing before shepherds revealing that the God of heaven and earth was going to strategically place a most precious gift into the world. The Father of spirits would place His divine goodness and mercy into flesh and blood and He would be called Emanuel, God with us.
John 1:14
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
This amazing gift full of grace and tender lovingkindness would grow in favour and stature with God and man. He would listen and learn. He would obey His parents and care for them. He would start His earthly ministry and work miracles that no other man could. He preached deliverance to the captives and was able to instantly bless them with it. He was able to hear individuals cry out to Him for help and instantly touch them and help them. He was able to speak to a dear family friend who had been four days gone without hope having left this world, and breath of life suddenly entered into his friend bringing great wonder and amazement. He even laid down his very own life taking cruel punishment and abuse on the cross on the hill He created being perfectly innocent. His visage was so marred more than any man. He decided to become sin for us in order to make us free from sin and have a chance to never die. The chastisement of our peace was upon Him. This vast wisdom of God understood the brevity of life and the enormous expanse of eternity which without the forgiveness of God the rebellion of mankind would plunge men and women into everlasting judgment with no hope forever. God’s incredible creation could live for possibly one hundred years and be so blinded by the lust of the world and deceptiveness of the god of this world, the devil, that they could leave this world of trouble only to suffer in the flame without end. Jesus reached out in love to a thief beside him who asked for Him to remember Him when He came into His kingdom. The beauty of a repent heart in sincerity before the loving God reaching out his loving arms to receive them.
Romans 11:26
And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
The great and mighty God, the Almighty, had such a wonderful plan to plant the heavens. The God who prepared His unspeakable gift to enter into a hurting world in need of a deliverer, has also prepared for the Deliverer to return unto Jacob, and to save His chosen people Israel, who are elect for the Fathers’ sake, and deliver those who believed in His name unto eternal life to rescue them. The final time when Israel shall be delivered from his enemies round about. Jesus died to save the whole world: Jew and Greek. Whosoever, let them come to the Savior of the world, the Lord Jesus Christ the son of the living God. Believe and be baptized and ye shall be saved. Reject the love and forgiveness through Jesus’ own blood for your sins and the great gift provided by God to save and cleanse your soul before the Righteousness and Holiness of Almighty God and no false god or lie can help escape the wrath of the one true God and His son Jesus Christ. However, you will rejoice in truth throughout all eternity with joy unspeakable and full of glory for choosing to believe by faith in Jesus unto salvation by believing in your heart unto righteousness and confessing with your mouth unto salvation. Then taking up your cross and following him through suffering, by walking after the Spirit of Christ and rejecting sinful lusts of the flesh which will return to the dust. Christians should have mercy and show mercy upon Israel with humility because we were grafted into the family of God and have received the Spirit of adoption whereby we cry Abba, Father.
