The Will of God
Mark 3:35
35 For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.
Being in the will of God is one of the most sought after places in the heart to a believer in Jesus Christ by faith who has a hunger and thirst after righteousness. Several examples in scripture describe the factors involved in ensuring a person is in the will of God. One in the New Testament states, beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. So, the souls prospering and good health of Christians are directly in the will of God. This is overwhelmingly evident as Jesus taught and multitudes of sick folks would just seek to touch his clothes and they would be healed. Jesus cares about how we feel naturally and spiritually.
Proverbs 31:8,9
8.) Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction.
9.) Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.
Secondly, many in Jesus’ day would ask Jesus why his disciples did certain things different from the disciples of John the Baptist and the Pharisee’s. Other questions involved how a person could make it into the kingdom of God or how the kingdom of God works on earth. Jesus shared often about the kingdom of God be likened to various natural phenomenon, like a seed, like a pearl, or parables about the end of the world. One particular point Jesus made clear was to judge righteous judgement. Jesus’ ministry was different from John the Baptists’ ministry and Jesus taught that wisdom was justified of all her children. In other words, Christian ministries may have administrations but the same spirit working all in all. One Christian may be a televangelist with thousands of listeners hearing the bible teaching. While another Christian may have the ministry of intercessory prayer for the televangelist and the outreach. Another Christian may be a lawyer, like Zenas in the New Testament, and may minister to uphold Christian values and laws that save innocent lives.
Proverbs 24
11.) If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain;
12.) If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works?
The scripture teaches to contend for the faith, and that evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse deceiving and being deceived. Therefore, Christians have a responsibility to be about the Father’s business the same way Jesus did. Christian’s are taught to be all things to all men in Godliness that they might by all means save some. Jesus chose a tax collector which could very well be considered a political figure. David was the head political leader of kingdom of Israel and many nations served king David. Jesus taught the truth in love to those who influenced and enforced the laws. The word political seems to be a challenging divide for many Christians and Churches today as if the very connotation of the term is somehow forbidden. Nevertheless, in basic terms, the term involves the people and processes involved in the law-making process. This is very important to realize because Christians in America and globally can save innocent lives by supporting and promoting laws aligned to Christian Judeo values. Laws that align with the will of God as rightly dividing the word of truth. Daniel was a chosen vessel in the perfect will of God, and he used the wisdom and gifts God gave him to become the President of what was considered the head of gold of world kingdoms with far reaching jurisdiction and power over many peoples and nations.
Leviticus 20
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2.) Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.
3.) And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.
4.) And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not:
5.) Then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go a whoring after him, to commit whoredom with Molech, from among their people.
6.) And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.
7.) Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the LORD your God.
Some confess the faith with their mouths but their works deny Him being abominable. So, how do we differentiate good and evil in today’s world and modern era from tech advances and so-called moral dilemma’s facing people. We need to remember Jesus came to seek and to save that which was lost, and that God did not come to destroy men’s lives but to save them. Also, Christians are admonished to keep ourselves in the love of God. All that needs to be the internal compass as chartering through the balance of scripture that also teaches; they bear not the sword in vain. Romans declares plainly, “For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.” So, righteous civil governance and law enforcement is the will of God. This is the teaching provided to the early Church. The bible is also the basis of the legal systems of governance in Europe and America.
This is contending for the faith is so important because the battle is without a doubt the rebellion against God, His Word, His people, His Church, and any nations laws whose foundations are rooted in the truth of Jesus Christ. America is such a nation whose founding documents serve as historic evidence that our Nation was founded as a Christian nation. This is against misconceptions that religious freedom means every believe system regardless of how destructive is considered so called religious freedom under the 1st amendment. Actually, our founders were puritans and the diversities where denominationally oriented. This is why the founding documents record the government advancing the Christian faith, evangelizing. Jesus did not force any to believe, but taught whosoever will let them come. Why is this vital information to discern in today’s legal/political terrain, and as Christians in who and what to support or promote as not to harm even indirectly harm innocent lives, and to abide in the will of God, as God is seeking a Church without spot or wrinkle, pure, holy, undefiled.
The first requirement to being in or fulfilling God’s divine will is aligning with His divine character and divine nature which is holiness. So, all the immorality prevalent in music, entertainment, and which have crept in as some sort of modern convenience is actually deadly. For example, if mainstream entertainment or T.V. includes immorality then Christians do well to guard themselves and their family’s by researching (which can be an inconvenience of time but crucial spiritually) Christian/Family Friendly alternatives, while save guarding the kids with remote control locks, monitored computer time, and phone internet safety settings under the parental control’s options. Follow biblical guidelines when determining what is watched in your home. The bible teaches avoid every appearance of evil. Is that even possible with the selection menu of dish or direct tv? Let’s be honest, and consider the spiritual ramifications of modern norms or eternal life, as the scripture is clear that no fornicator shall inherit the kingdom of Christ and of God. So, if watching scenes of immorality or even the insinuation can be a temptation then we have to seek for righteous alternatives for our time or space. The balance is that for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. Jesus died for the sins of the whole world. So, God is not going to accept sin if He allowed His son Jesus to suffer on a cross and shed His blood for the remission of sins, so people could be saved from their sins and choose eternal life. So, if it is immoral, it is not in the will of God. If it is moral as defined in rightly dividing God’s holy standard in the scriptures then it is in the will of God. For example, biblical marriage between a man and woman is in the will of God.
The next critical analysis examines understanding the differences between truly clean and unclean, also known as defilement. The scripture teaches not to touch the unclean thing and the Lord will accept us. Actually, it teaches come out from among them and be ye separate (sanctification). Now in order to overcome by faith as we are more than conquerors, we must understand that we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, powers, spiritually wickedness in high places. So, the god of this world has blinded the minds of those deceived by his crafty principles such as the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. Furthermore, when lust hath conceived it brings forth sin, and when sin hath conceived it brings for death. So, please know for certain the scripture teaches there are some who are wise to do evil. There is a wisdom from God, heavenly wisdom, which is peaceable, and there is wisdom from below which is sensual and devilish. Satan himself can portray himself as an angel of light on the exterior only to be a dragon and serpent at the core. So, his ministers can also claim light on the exterior or in their outward confession, but can be inwardly ravening wolves.
For example, there is euphemistic terminology (T.O.D.E) or terminology of death and evil which seeks to desensitize and normalize the practice of sin and evil surmising’s of men. So, lets further analyze some major dilemmas before us.
As in the above scriptural reference, we are instructed not to turn a blind eye to the harming of innocent children lest God become angry and His fierce wrath be poured out upon us. Additionally, if we say we knew it not, does not God ponder the heart and consider it? Doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works?
The scripture so often in the Psalms and other places describes people by their works, as either the righteous, and way of the righteous, and works of the righteous or the ungodly, way of the ungodly, or the wicked, and the way of the wicked. This is extremely necessary to realize in order to know a tree by its fruit, and not to say God can’t save, heal, and deliver people out of darkness and into His marvelous light by acknowledging the truth, and repenting to their creator who is a great and merciful high priest.
Killing innocent children in the womb= not God’s will (His Word is forever settled in the heavens)/Killing children in and out of the womb and selling baby body parts is not healthcare/diverting funds to children killing agency’s which in turn use the same funds to redirect to fund the campaigns of democrats is a wicked cycle of corruption and murder which should be brought to justice with all the congressional leaders who have voted for laws supporting it.
Men lying with men and women lying with women= not God’s will (abomination according to scripture) The truth helps people turn from the wrong way to the right one.
All sin = not God’s will
National/Internation Laws- The democrat party currently in congress has all its members in full support of the so-called equality act which seeks to promote sodomy over faith in our nations laws to falsely claim discrimination against Christians. This has been an ongoing global effort for democrats through various organizations and campaigns and even through the diversion of tax payer dollars into programs that promote sodomy and child abusive transgender agendas. Christians even in South Korea are now contending against the false claim of discrimination due to sodomy laws.
The bible warns not to be partakers of other men’s sins. So, there is no excuse for promoting a leader openly for one cause or even culture, while knowing they are supporting laws that God hates because they hurt innocent people. Like laws that kill children and promote sodomy which scripture gives as an example of the punishment of God on Sodom and Gomorra.
Christians should not be deceived into voting for leaders who do not promote and support biblical values in deed and in truth. The democrat party platform promotes killing children in the womb and sodomy. Both of which are not God’s will as evidenced in the break down of the family leading to adultery/fornication which leads children to be fatherless or motherless which leads to a crisis in the foster care system, which is directly related to crime and for sodomy the Aids virus which has killed multiplied millions. God’s will is for dads and moms to raise their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. The will of God is for Godly parents to instill the values of love, honesty, and peace through biblical truth. The fruits of which are blessed healthy children both naturally and spiritually.
Lastly, false believe systems must be covered as Jesus taught many false prophets will come and deceive many when providing details to His disciples regarding the last days and the time of His return. Certainly, today we are not ignorant of the devil’s devices. Christians around the world have been targeted by extremist islamic groups especially in Nigeria, Congo, Sudan, and in Israel jihadist led countries target God’s chosen people and attempt to take their land. While some would like to use the term islamophobia to justify or countervail their anti-Christian attacks. The fact is approximately 98% or more of the attacks are initiated by islamic extremists against Christians and unprovoked. Christians in America must stand for our innocent brothers and sisters being slaughtered for their faith and demand accountability on the leaders and their governments who target Christians and justice through sanctions or military action for the murders of innocent men, woman and children. God is love, and God loves judgement, and mercy rejoices against judgement. This is the beauty of Jesus’ teaching. He could have had a woman stoned for adultery and He told them ye without sin cast the first stone. He forgives and redeems people from the curse because He became a curse for us, and turns peoples’ hearts to the truth. His ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. He came not to condemn the world but to save the world. He will return to judge the world and to reward His servants.
Jesus did two things of many more which proved He is the true messiah and son of the living God. First, He calmed the winds and the sea at His command which proves He has power over His creation. Second, He rose Lazarus from the dead after being dead four days. Now consider the fact that he offers to everyone eternal life, and no man can come to the Father God but by Jesus Christ as He is the way, the truth, and the life. Now consider the words: Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. This means for all eternity Jesus’ words will stand, after life on earth, and after death. This means if eternity is so important and Jesus has risen from the dead and all power in heaven and in earth have been given unto Him along with the keys of death and of hell, and by faith in Jesus we can have the hope of the resurrection. So, if a person has believed a lie, or been deceived by a false prophet they can still turn to Jesus and be reconciled to God before it is to late. Jesus taught fear not man who can destroy the body and after that they can do nothing, but fear Him who can destroy both body and soul in hell. God can deliver out of the hands of man, but man can not deliver out of the hand of God. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever (1 John 2:17).
