God Created Us:

Genesis 1:27

“So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”

The God journey begins with knowing the right race to run.  Many people in the 21st century are looking to run in a race full of purpose and power to make a difference in this world.  True destiny launch in a person’s life must shine forth in the Spirit of Truth.  The simple but vital spiritual evidence is supported by creation.  God Created Us, so the race begins when the knowledge of the truth becomes reality within the soul.  Sometimes as an innocent child believes the good news that Jesus loves them and became flesh and blood to save them.  Some enter the Faith Race as youth, young adults, or elderly, and some after trying to make their own path to race in this world.  Some learn quickly that God’s ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts and turn to the Lord’s way and register for the race of eternal significance by the grace of God.  Meanwhile, others walk the lost trail of vanity and slowly over time spiral around into a life of despair and hopelessness until the light of truth penetrates their hearts and minds to understand God, the creator is the only source of hope in this world.

Psalms 100:3

“Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.”

The 2nd stage of the Faith Race involves God’s love covering an individuals’ life and overwhelming their souls with agape love; a love that surpasses knowledge.  The greatest love ever displayed.  The love of the Holy creator Father God sending and giving His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.  The love of the good Shephard of our souls that leaves the 99 to save 1.

God Made Things Good:

Ecclesiastes 7:29

“Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions.”

God made things good but we also have an evil enemy who rebelled against God and deceived a 3rd of the angels to follow his lie, as the scripture declares that satan is a liar and the father of all lies.  Therefore, when evil is out in the open, we instantly know the deceiver is at work on the earth.  This is why the 3rd stage of the Faith Race involves overcoming by faith, committing to running the race utilizing the grand coaches’ guidance and instruction in the holy scripture.  The instruction may not be popular in a culture that is free falling into hell with the flames of the lake of fire licking to destroy their souls.  While they desperately thirst for hope but run amiss seeking pleasures of sin that lead to death just as others who once needed the great and mighty God through His son Jesus Christ to reach down and save their poor wretched souls from a futile existence received the blood wounded hand of the savior to rescue them from themselves and this present evil world to repent and receive the true riches of liberty, peace, and the gift of righteousness in Christ’ sacrifice for our sins.

John 4:34

“Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.”

Jesus’ focus was to finish the work the Father gave Him to fulfill.  For the joy set before Him He endured the cross despising the shame.  He fulfilled His Fathers’ good will and thus the glory due unto His Holiness.  The humble savior spoke with a woman considered an outcast to God by her own estimation, as Jesus told her ye know not what ye worship for salvation is of the Jews.  She spoke of the messiah and He told her plainly she was talking to Him.  He went on to provide His disciples, who were astonished He spoke with her, instruction about the great harvest.  He saved those others may have considered unsavable, and set up the 4th and final stage of the race to make disciples to teach the truth in love and spread the gospel of hope to the next generation and the next and the next, until Christ returns to reward His servants who finished the race, enduring unto the end and being ushered into life eternal and beholding the glory of Jesus in the presence of His Father and our Father.
